The property, recently built and completely renovated, offers an excellent housing opportunity for holidays. Equipped with comfort and autonomy. Parking space inside the residence is for free and preassigned. This apartment represents an excellent opportunity for those who want to experience a comfortable holiday in a beautiful tourist area such as Letojanni which is only 1km away from the first beaches in Taormina. Taormina is within a walking distance. Probably 20 minutes on foot.
The bus stop and Letojanni train station to use for visiting other interesting places and cities within the region are literally within a 10-min walk from the property.
Unfortunately, Wifi has not been installed because it is not environmentally sustainable anymore, and of course because it is a personal cost too. Nowadays, everyone has unlimited internet connection on their phone. So let's save the planet by using less data! You are supposed to use your own router wifi from your phone. Perhaps you might want to get some extra data from your country's service provider before you leave home. If you are from abroad you can easily buy an Italian SIM card everywhere in Italy and Sicily.
