Dimora Emanuele is a simple and cozy 5-bed apartment for vacation rental in Leverano, just a few minutes` drive from Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, the most beautiful beaches in Salento.
The house is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets.

The
entrance to the Dimora Emanuele apartment is in a covered corridor from
which you enter an inner courtyard of exclusive property, furnished
with table and chairs where you can have lunch and dinner outside, and
with outdoor sofa for relaxation.
The interior consists of a living room with fireplace and sofa, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple (double bed + single), and a full shower room.
TV is present both in the living room and in the rooms.

The vacation home is located in the center of Leverano,
a pretty town devoted to agriculture with a lively and well-kept
historic center. Leverano is famous for its wine production and
floriculture. All major services are present.
The nearest beaches are about 10 minutes by car, and are the wonderful golden sandy beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The entrance passage into the garden is shared.
