Tämän kodin näkymät ovat upeita!

  • Tämä hiljattain rakennettu koti on näköala kosteikkoihin ja Lewesin kanavan puolelle. Se tuntuu melkein kuin olisit oma yksityinen pyhäkkösi, kun katselet lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilta ovilta, jotka avautuvat täysin päästäkseen ilmavirtauksen viileiden päivien aikana.

    Siitä hetkestä lähtien, kun astut kotiin, kaikki lomasi unelmasi on toteutunut. Kolme asuintilaa kutsuu sinut levittämään! Maanpinnan leikkihuoneesta, jossa on taulutelevisio ja uima-allas / pingispöytä, toiseen kerrokseen "leikkihuone" kolmanteen kerrokseen saakka, saatat ihmetellä, miksi loma on lopetettava. Perheen kokit rakastuvat gourmet-keittiöön ja keskiosaan, joka on tarpeeksi suuri, jotta se mahtuu kahdeksan. Jos voit repiä itsesi pois keittiöstä, voit vaeltaa ulos yhdelle monista kuistista, joista on näkymät sekä kosteikkoihin talon takaosasta että lahden näkymistä talon etupuolelta.

    Makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat toisessa ja kolmannessa kerroksessa. Jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone! Kolme neljännestä makuuhuoneesta toisessa kerroksessa on queen-vuode ja neljäs on rakennettu kerrossänky, jossa pohja on kuningatar ja alkuun Twin. Tässä kerroksessa on myös suuri pesutupa. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on viides makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode.

    Oma hissi on käytettävissäsi. Tämä omistaja harkitsee pientä lemmikkieläintä, jolla ei ole palautettavaa lemmikkimaksua ja allekirjoitettua lisäystä. Kysy edustajalta lisätietoja.

    Kaikkien vieraiden on toimitettava omat lakanat, pyyhkeet ja rantapyyhkeet tai OPT sisään liinavaatteiden vuokrauspakettimme.

Family vacation paradise

We had a fabulous family vacation. The accommodations were spectacular and spacious! The house meets every need that you can think of. Great location with easy access to the beach. Awesome decks/patios with views of the sunrise and sunset. It truly is a vacation paradise!

The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked. Mike the owner was an amazing host! He was super responsive and helped us with our wifi problem for the baby monitor. They were even so sweet and left a welcome gift. It was a quick walk to the beach (if coming with grandparents be prepared for a hill from the sand dunes, we rented a beach wheel chair which helped!). The point of access to the beach has a really great sandbar and during low tide it was so much fun for the toddlers to play in the little pools that formed. The top screened in deck offered a great spot for watching the sunset. The second floor porch had a relaxing breeze and was my favorite spot to relax. Thank you guys for a wonderful vacation!

Great stay for families

We loved that there were two gathering places. The middle floor coffee table always had a puzzle in place for those that wanted. The upper level was a gathering for dining on the screened in porch with ceiling fan and games. Several different decks for getting away to read or as we were there during July 4th for fireworks. Both front and back decks (Lewes and Rehoboth) The beach is an easy walk from the property but the sand dune to climb and carry beach stuff was challenging for most of us. But doable. The kitchen had everything you could want, but when baking the dessert while watching 4th of July, I could never get the bottom rack of oven at 400 degrees. So we had to have it the next day baked in the microwave/convection. Apparently the top rack is fine in the oven. We had difficulties with a lot of the high techness of the property. Probably too high tech for a different renter each week. But we were able to figure things out after a few days and then it was smooth sailing. I would highly recommend this property.

Even though the weather was not great, the house was so fantastic, we didn't care that we were in the house the whole time. There is literally a nook for everyone. You can choose from the various porches, the living rooms, the enormous kitchen. Simply the best family vacation stay we've ever had.

Fell in love with the kitchen's huge island and dual sinks! There were a lot of us but we were not on top of one another. The kids took over the second floor while the adults chilled on the top floor. Management was very responsive! R & L Liquors is a short drive away is a must if you want to try new drinks and entertain! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! We didn't get to enjoy the perks of the bicycles and beach gear, but this house is a must if u want to just have a stay-cation with the family!

Beautiful property

This rental property is a gem! The location is perfect if you are seeking walking distance to the beach coupled with the many accommodations of this property. Three beautiful levels including a spacious (and well stocked) kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and screened-in porches are to be enjoyed rain or shine. The elevator makes packing and unpacking less stressful! Highly recommend this property.

Amazing house and location

We loved this house! It had so much living space for our large group. Honestly the only thing I would change it the location of the outdoor shower in the back or at least put some pavers leading to it. Otherwise this was perfect.

We had a marvelous stay. The house is beautiful, clean, modern, and with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. All of the rooms are spacious and inviting. We would definitely like to stay here again!

Beautiful home - beautiful decks

Beautiful home with beautiful decks. Was a really peaceful retreat in a lovely quiet beachy neighborhood. The area was lovely - one block walk to a mostly empty beach. The decks at the back of the house were even better than in the photos - overlooking the marsh. Really can't fault the home. My only complaint is there was a hidden fee that the property manager added for pets. Additional fees if you want linens.

Great beach house

This house was a perfect place to stay for a family wedding in Lewes. Everyone had plenty of space with multiple sitting areas and the massive decks.
