House was not clean. Bedding & pillows covered in dog hair. Too much personal items made the house look cluttered. We should have been refunded the cleaning fee. Internet wasn’t working. Bedroom upstairs was a loft. No door for privacy. This was not mentioned in ad. We didn’t know where pool or gym was. No information given. Location of property was good. We will not be renting this property again. Very disappointed!!

Beautiful and safe neighborhood. The house is lovely and the ac worked great on the stifling days. The house is in a great location to the towns and beaches. The showers were refreshing after being at the beach for hours. Beds were comfy and allowed for a great nights sleep. The cooking facilities were top notch and we were able to cook meals in house. Michelle is easy to communicate with and very obliging. And that sunset is a beauty along with the cozy outdoor furniture.

Nice and quiet neighborhood!

Property was clean and conveniently located to the beach, and Sports on the Beach baseball complex. Living room seating was limited and tv was extremely small for the space. It would be difficult to accommodate 4 or more guests to watch a movie or game time comfortably if stuck inside. All appliances and air conditioning worked as it should. Host (Michelle) was efficient with all communication, and flexible for our needs

Sister's Wedding

The community was safe and quiet with sidewalks. The house was clean and well-stocked with essential items, and each person received one towel and one washcloth. We were able to use the garage for storage, and there was a nice patio. The house did not have: dish towels, paper towels, only three rolls of toilet paper, no bath mats in the upstairs bathroom, a toaster, beds that were very hard, and pillows that were thin. Plenty of linens for beds. The 8th person would sleep on a cot (that is something I wish I knew). There is no hanging closet in one of the upstairs rooms. The appliances are brand new and clean, but the fridge has limited storage space. There is only one small TV in the living room. Owners are very kind, fast with replies, and work with you so that you can have the best stay.

Perfect location, beautiful home

This home is beautiful and clean and perfectly located for us to take advantage of the beaches as well as the baseball tournament that our grandson was in. The Host was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Clean house, nicely located. We assume this was an initial rental since there were multiple deficiencies.Many window shades/curtains missing. 3 beds on floor. No covers on bed in MB. No top sheet under bedspread cover in MB No towel rack or soap dishes. No individual bathroom supplies ie soap, shower gel, shampoo. Only previously used supplies. Bed linens unique. Dishwasher full and MB closet full of owners clothes and lacking hanging space. Garage unusable

Great long weekend house

Great house and location. Would definitely stay again. Only negative thing is online listing stated two queen beds in two bedrooms which there was one queen bed in each of those bedrooms. Other than that house was short drive to many attractions.

Weekend trip

Stayed at this property for a weekend golf trip. Was a very nice home and very clean. Close driving distance to baywood golf course and lake plantations. Also a quick Uber to Dewey beach or rehobeth. Would 100% stay here again my friends and I were very happy.
