At the water front there are kayak launches, crabbing/fishing spots and plenty of picnic tables to relax and watch the sunsets. Beyond the marina the community boasts two pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, kids' playground and miles of walking paths to explore.

BRING YOUR BOAT! For a small community fee you can use the boat ramp. Requires daily launch/pull and direct pay to community for tag.

Move indoors to relax on the massive sectional with built-in recliners in the spacious light-filled family room.
We've completely remodeled the inside from top to bottom for your comfort. As with all FRB Rentals, our kitchen is stocked to the gills with everything you would need to cook, grill and bake. You'll also find 3 bedrooms, a flex space for additional sleeping accommodations and 2 bathrooms. There's room enough for the whole family and your dogs too!

1st Floor: Main bedroom, flex/bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry and family room.
2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
There are only a few steps up from parking to 1st floor. (see front of house photo)

If gourmet COOKING is your passion, then this is the get away spot for you. We include a well stocked kitchen with basic cooking ingredients, full compliment of pots and pans, French Press, blender and so much more... If that's not your thing, you'll have your pick of eateries close by.

Huge 65" TV in the family room and large TV's in each bedroom. Fast Wifi and SlingTV Blue loaded on all or use your favorite streaming app and kick-back with some wine or a brew.

WORKSPACE for your use including USB Docking station, Monitor, Keyboard/Mouse and Printer with paper.

Books and board games are available for family fun and we provide beach chairs (6) and beach towels... you just bring the sunscreen.

Bring your BIKES, community is large and very bike friendly.

Pools are open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
Tennis courts / pickle ball courts are open most of the year (weather withstanding)

We love DOGS and allow well behaved dogs < ~50 lbs with approval.
The community is very dog friendly.
If you plan on travelling with your dog, after you book, please send us the dog size and breed.
(Sorry, can't have cats at the house due to owners allergies)

We love our FRB Rental Property, and would ask you to take extra special care if you have your dog to make sure there isn't unneeded wear and tear on our home. Please take extra time to clean up after your 4 legged friend and care for our home as you would want someone to take care of yours.

We have a dog bed and bowls you can use and usually have some snacks for your pet to welcome them to our home! We ask that your beloved dog stays off furniture and beds, please use the dog bed provided or bring your own that they love to snuggle in.
While we love to accommodate dogs, the $50 additional stay fee allows our professional cleaning crew ensure the place is 5 Star ready for the next renter.
