Kauniisti päivitetty kaupunkitalo, joka sijaitsee viihtyisyyttä rikkaassa viiden pisteen kylien yhteisössä. Townhouse on suurempi malliyksikkö, jossa on 4 makuuhuonetta, 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta ja 2600SF. 1. kerroksessa on avoin konseptisuunnittelu, olohuone ja ruokasali. Keittiö on iso ... Siellä on paljon tilaa perheillallisten keittämiseen yöllä. Siellä on saari ja pieni pöytä ruokaa niille kotiruokaa. Keittiön ulkopuolelta ja liukulasioven kautta on oma betoonipatio, jossa on grilli. 2. kerroksessa on toinen asuintila, jossa on takka ja TV ja iso kääre sohvalla. Aulan alaosassa on vielä 2 makuuhuonetta (toisessa on kerrossänky) ja kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkukomboilla. Myös tässä kerroksessa on pesutupa. Kolmanteen kerrokseen asti sinulla on Master Suite ja kylpyhuone. Kylpyhuoneessa on suihku ja amme / suihku-yhdistelmä. Aulan toisella puolella on toinen makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella. Rivitalossa on tonnia auringonvaloa, joka säteilee koko päivän ajan.

Five Points sijaitsee itäiseltä reitiltä 1, josta pääsee helposti Lewesin keskustaan, Lewes Beachille ja Cape Henlopenin osavaltion puistoon. Yhteisön korostamiseksi on 2 vartioitua uima-allasta, 8 tenniskenttää, 2 mailin päällystetty kävely- / pyöräilyreitti ja yhteisökeskus. MERKKI-UUSI rautatie-polku-pyöräilyreitti kulkee aivan yhteisön vieressä ja siihen pääsee olemassa olevalta kävely- / pyöräteiltä. Rautatieltä polulle kulkevan pyörätien jälkeen pääset suoraan Downtown Lewesiin.

Clean, well appointed 3 floor condo within walking distance of one of the two outdoor pools, tennis courts, restaurants and off site grocery and CVS. Village of five points is a well-maintained community with restaurants , a deli and bakery located within its perimeter. Close by to Lewes Beach and several amusement area. We would stay htere again.

August Lewes Stay

Stay was successful. The space was large so it worked well for our family of 6. Lots of rooms and 'other' space outside of bedrooms for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. Would recommend this place for a larger family. The neighborhood has been a favorite of ours for our trips to Lewes due to proximity to other amenities. This location was a bit of a walk to the pool but not unreasonable.

Great space

We loved our stay at the Village of 5 Points ! It had everything we needed and was close to everywhere we wanted to go ! It was a 5 minute drive to downtown Lewes and Savannah beach was just down the road .The pool and tennis courts were awesome .I was especially appreciative of the stocked kitchen as we cooked in most nights . The grill was also fantastic and although it was out of propane when we went to use it - it was replaced with it 30 minutes which was fantastic. My adult family was thrilled with the space and privacy of the bedrooms/ baths and all beds were very comfortable. Loved that you could walk to the grocery store and restaurants .We had an amazing week and will be back

Fabulous Family House

Great Space & Location

We enjoyed staying in this home in the Five Points community. The house was very spacious and well-appointed. It had many of the items we needed to cook when we wanted to. There were plenty of bedrooms and places in the home to hang out. It is a short drive to the beach and the community pool was great. We also used the bike path in the neighborhood and ate at one of the restaurants. A short drive to Rehoboth each night made for a wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Fabulous Getaway

We totally enjoyed our stay at Five Points. The townhouse was very clean and well-stocked with necessities. The location and neighborhood were wonderful. The pools and tennis courts were very convenient. Restaurants, a drugstore and a grocery store were in the neighborhood. We had a fabulous time!!

Lovely

The property was lovely! Very clean and very spacious. Everything we needed was there. It's close to Weis, CVS, restaurants, the pool is very nice, and you can go to Lewes beach or Rehoboth or Cape Henlopen. We were very comfortable and hated to leave.

Everyone had a great time

The community is close and convenient to everything. No additional fees were required to use the pool and tennis courts, which were enjoyed by all. The home had lots of little extras... games, cleaning supplies, rubber band, pens etc. The 2nd floor family room was great as well as the Charbroil Commercial grill...!!

Don't miss out on this rental!

We just stayed at this lovely home in August and if you are looking at this place for a potential rental - do it! The house is beautiful, the complex is great with the pool, tennis courts, restaurants and stores so close. The two family rooms were great with the family we had staying with us. The washing machine was broken when we checked in and within days a new washer was installed. It is clear the owners really want you to have a fantastic stay!

Very spacious and well appointed

Nice place to stay with a family. All the needed amenities. Cable in living room tv was sketchy at times. Five Points is great area. Great pool and bike trails. Air conditioners on patio are very noisy. Also would be nice to have working hose on patio for squirting off after day at the sandy beach. Beds are comfy and lots of tvs. Lots of requirements for check out cleanup. Would be nice to know before contracting what you are responsible for. Showers and tubs should have bath mats as they were slippery. Anyway, worth the price. Complimentary wine was nice.

* 4.5 star overall rating. Very nice house with lots of room for everyone. Great family/tv room. Clean, but cleaners missed some spots. Well equipped kitchen, but not enough non-plastic place settings for 2 meals a day. Property manager is very responsive and super friendly to deal with. All issues were conveyed to owners promptly. Good selection of games. Great BBQ and delicious figs in back patio!

very clean, well decorated unit. Alot of space and rooms. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Propetry manager was very responsive, interactive, and friendly. Strongly recommend this property and property manager. Thank you for a great experience.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed the property, the complex, and the location. Not too close to beach but not too far. Great bike paths that lead everywhere! Great tennis and pool options but good social distancing and availability. Food options also awesome and close. The condo was perfect for us...had all that we needed. Thanks Carl and team for a wonderful stay!
