Your homebase overlooks the mouth of the Rehoboth Bay in a new condominium community. Enjoy the peaceful views of the Love Creek Tributary just yards from your balcony. The Tributary connects to the Rehoboth Bay, the Indian River Bay and and the Atlantic Ocean. The marina boardwalk in the community makes fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boating very accessible. (ask us for kayak rental recommendations). There are kayak racks on-site if you bring your own. Kayaks can be launched from the boat ramp.

Our condo community outdoor swimming pool is available to our guests (open Memorial Day - Labor Day). The pool house has a men’s and women’s restroom plus outdoor showers at the pool house for rinsing off.

Lewes Beach is a 7.4 mile drive. This beautiful stretch of beach offers views of lighthouses and the Cape May-Lewes ferry boats that come and go throughout the day.

Downtown Lewes (7 miles) features amazing restaurants, shopping and activities. The Lewes Canal Front Park offers tennis/pickleball/basketball courts and a playground. Free concerts, outdoor movies and events are offered throughout the summer at the park. There are also events in the fall and winter months.

Cape Henlopen Seashore State Park is a must see gem. It`s just an 10.2 mile drive from the condo. Enjoy the gorgeous sand dunes, pristine Atlantic Ocean beaches, surfing, a fishing pier, lighthouses, WWII lookout towers, bike trails and The Seaside Nature Center. We also highly recommend visiting the state park for gorgeous sunrise and sunset viewing from `The Point` (north end of park). Herring Point (south end of the park) is a great beach during the day and beautiful at sunset as well. We see dolphins swimming there frequently.

Rehoboth Beach is also a short drive (6.4 miles). Rehoboth is a bustling beach town with a large boardwalk, classic Funland rides, dining, shopping and entertainment.

The beaches, parks, restaurants and shopping are all within a short drive.

Our condo has free designated resident parking (two spaces), which is hard to find in Lewes. If you choose to venture a further distance to Milton, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach or Fenwick Island, you`ll always have an open parking space waiting for you when you return from exploring.

A public EV charging station is located at Wawa (3.9 miles)

Uber and Lyft services are also available in the area.
