”Beds were clean and comfortable. All white bedding which I like so I can see any dirt/stains and this was pristine. I pulled back sheets to look at mattress and it was also super clean like new. Tub was shiny white and clean. Biscuits and gravy at breakfast were delicious. Pool was closed for maintenance during our 3 day stay which wasn’t a problem for us just noting for review. Loved that it was a smaller only 63 room hotel. Good parking and easy to locate close to anything you need.”

”Staff were attentive and nice, but the rooms were quite barebones. Other people staying in the establishment made the place look dodgy. People hanging outside, etc.”

”The desk clerk had a lot of issues with what the room should provide for sleeping. Took three phone calls to "managers". Had to wait a good while to even check in because there were issues with the three people ahead of me. The room was really damp even though it seemed brand new. The carpet felt almost wet. It is a fairly new hotel so I expected a little better service and a "dry" room.”

”The room was okay, but the total package (room, amenities, etc.) was not worth the cost. This was one of the most humid rooms I’ve ever stayed in, to the point that my clothes felt damp and my books’ pages started to curl. Additionally, breakfast was absolutely abysmal.”

”I would never recommend staying at this motel. There were stains on the sheets and the pillows look like they had been used to many times. The breakfast was a joke compared to Holiday Inn Express. The whole stay was a measure or terror. We thought this would be equivalent to a Holiday Inn Express and were shocked at the difference. The advertising for this hotel is very misleading. Unless all the other motels in Jasper are full and you do not have a tent available, I would not stay there....

”The room had a “wet dog” odor, and we got in very late and were not going to go through the trouble of changing rooms. In the morning, they were vacuuming in the hallway at 8 am, which was too early.”

”This property needs to be updated. A lot of things need repaired and they are not necessarily big projects. Updates should be new carpets. Bath tubs need hand rails and non skid mats to keep people from falling. More items to eat at breakfast and not the same thing everyday' Different types of meats. Bring back hard boiled eggs and other items that have been removed.”
