”The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. ”This was our second time staying at the resort. I love the resort and all of the amenities that it offers. Although this time in our house, the carpet was old and dirty, along with the couch. It was extremely dirty with visible stains. All of the white sheers that hung from the windows were also dirty.”
