This apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath unit that comes with ample off-street parking and is modernly furnished with all you need to relax and enjoy your stay in the wonderful Greenbrier Valley.

Had everything u need in kitchen, bathroom n bedrooms . Everything was so clean, washer n dryer if u needed it. Close to shopping n groceries , quiet, easy to find I would recommend to anyone to stay there.We visited so friends in West Va n showed it to several friends and they thought it was adorable. Will stay again. Next time we go visit in West Virginia thank you so much and merry Christmas.

Nice, clean apartment - comfortable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. It was more than I needed for the couple of days I stayed, but appreciated all the same! Would definitely stay here again.

Great little spot right at everything but far enough off the road it isn’t loud well furnished unfortunately I was there for business and didn’t get to fully enjoy the area but if I go back again I’ll definitely stay here again Ryan is awesome messaged back quickly place is clean 10/10 recommend

The property was clean and easy to access. New pillows are needed (flat) and the regular sheets don’t fit the bed well. All easy to work around (used the flannel sheets and got extra pillows from family). It was a comfortable and nice place. I would recommend it!

The house was just what we needed - 2 bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood convenient to Lewisburg and the Greenbrier. It was nice having Roku TV in a nice livingroom to relax after a busy day. The host communication with us was great.

Don't be fooled by the outside

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend. Parking could not be any easier, but pulling up to the outside we weren't sure what we were walking into. But once we walked in everything seemed brand new and super clean. The space is conveniently laid out and it was perfect! The neighborhood was very quiet. Not much is walkable from the house, but everything seems to be within a 10 minute drive.Regarding the outside, we learned from Ryan that the other side of the house is currently getting renovated to turn it into a another short-term rental space. That explained the boards in the window!We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in the area.

We stayed over as a halfway drive point to north Myrtle Beach. Every thing was fine, clean the wine was a nice touch. Although none of us drink. We did hear some construction next door but it was time to get up anyways. Thank you for a great visit.

Ryan's Fairlea house

It was a quiet clean little place to stay. Walking distance to a grocery store and fast food joints. I met Ryan the owner, he was a super nice guy, he was flexible and easy to work with. His place was stocked with all the essentials. I was there for work, but it would be a great home base for a vacation getaway. There's plenty to see in the surrounding towns. If I'm ever in the area for work or pleasure I will definitely contact Ryan and see If he has a place available to stay.

Super comfortable

Ryan is such a great host! He gave us the choice of flannel or regular sheets! The neighborhood was quiet, the beds comfortable, and the living room and kitchen spacious and well-appointed. Loved being able to do a load of laundry after a hard day of hiking, while enjoying a show on his giant TV. Thanks, Ryan!

Everything was wonderful!

The place was very clean, the roads in the neighborhood were kept plowed during the storm, and there was plenty of extra stock of things like paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent! Thank you all again, it was perfect! :)

Clean and well appointed

The owner is thoughtful by providing a dog bed and food dish/water bowl for our dog. Even provided a spare toothbrush in case someone forgot theirs. Simple check in and check out.

Clean and Quiet

We had a nice restful stay. This was our third time to stay here. The house is always clean, the kitchen has what you need to cook or just have a cup of coffee, and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is an excellent communicator. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the area.

Great little spot

Ryan the host was very communicative and helpful. This home is in a great spot, near enough to businesses but on a quiet street. The home was clean, and the kitchen fully stocked with needed equipment. The bed could have been more comfortable. Overall a good stay!
