”I always stay at this hotel when I come to visit my family. I have stayed many times. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The breakfast is very good also. Convenient location in the town, close to restaurants.”

”I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo.”

”Just had one cockroach when we first came in to the room”

”First room , they gave us smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a one hundred percent smoke free hotel. The lady at the front counter was very nice , though , moved us and apologized with no problem. Loved the ground being coffee machine in the lobby.Though that's awesome. My fault for not looking at first.But there is no pull or hot tub , had I known that looked it up , I would not have stayed there. Overall, the place was nice.”

”First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could...

”Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. Access to the hotel should be advertised by the curb, I missed the entrance and drove on rt20 up to exit 58 to only return and enter the hidden path to it. The only positive thing was the change of rooms I asked about. Having a knee...

”The room was spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful!! And the breakfast was awesome! My husband will only stay at the Hampton Inn as he traveled for work and said it was always consistent.”
