Room had a strong urine odor and no matress covers on the yellowish disgusting mattress. Ice machine did not work the entire 3 day stay but could have been from constant use due to hotel being at capacity. Many breakfast items were gone by 9 am.

When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party ...
