”The staff went beyond service and made sure our 3 day stay was excellent. Always asked and made sure we were doing ok. Thank you for the great service”

”Everything was wonderful except the bed. I have never slept on a worse bed in my life felt like I was sleeping on a board. You would think for a Hilton the beds would be so comfortable. I will not be back. Everything else was really good.”

”Absurd rules for which my reservation was stolen and out of necessity I had to pay for a new one if you pay for a night here you better arrive before 6pm to do the checking otherwise say goodbye to your money and no one knows absolutely anything”

”El desayuno no era como otros holiday inn, no habian salchichas de pavo, la pisina era super fria, el jacuzzi no funcionaba y el piso de la pisina se veia sucio, no la podimos utilizar, lo unico bueno era la limpieza del cuarto, pero esten mas al pendiente cuando se acaban los jabones. ”

”Place was clean but staff was very rude and when I asked about the pool for my kids to swim they said it's closed and after I asked if chance if they served breakfast they said no and were extremely rude and demanded that myself and 2 daughters, who just had their mother pass away, check out or they would have to call the police. I've been traveling for the last 2 years for work and have never been treated this way. THEIR POOL IS NOT OPEN.”

”The bar and dining were very good (especailly the service). All the rest was very poor. Pool not working (we had 2 children looking to swim), room was very dated and worn. Property needs help. ”
