”Check-in staff were not very friendly. Biggest issue was we were not told at check-in that you needed to call the front desk to confirm having your room serviced in addition to pushing the service room button at door of room. When we found our room not serviced at about 5:00 pm the next day we were told the employees were done for the day. Odd that a hotel of this caliber you had to “beg” to have your room serviced. Also asked to have safe opened in room upon check-in - no one ever came had...

”Staff and breakfast is amazing! I love that animals are welcome wo a deposit. Stayed here several times and great location. Unfortunately I was on the bottom floor and some kids were very loud and wrestling above us late in the night, however I would stay here again. Great gym and pool area.”
