”Never stayed in the room as when we were checking in we found out the pool wasn’t operational which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Staff was very helpful in recommending a different hotel in the area that had a working pool. By looking at the lobby everything looked very clean and new.”

”Room was very clean, thick towels and comfortable beds, front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast voucher for Denny’s was nice!”

”We were late getting to the hotel and the night clerk was very nice in getting us checked in. The room was clean and that is a big thing for us. We had our pup with us and no issues with him staying there as well. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. We will stay there again next time in the area. ”

”Arriving late night, I was a bit disoriented to find the entrance. Once in the room, my bad mood begin to dissolve. Not a large room, but very nice one. A lot of care was taken to assure that you are comfortable. Light, yet very warm bed to meet you after a cold Spokane night, was so nice. Bright warming lights in the bathroom, strong spacious shower, was also so good. Then, in the morning, a friendly breakfast right next-door, included. Overall, exactly what I needed. Thank you. .”

”The facilities was very clean and looked up, kept throughout the entire state. The staff was more than nice, always accommodating and willing to help out with whatever crazy question assistance we may have needed. ”

”This was a nice place to stay. We went for a Valentine's getaway and enjoyed the quiet room, the breakfast was good, and we played in the pool/hot tub. Decent location for restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again.”

”Yes it was cheep and only $15 extra per night for the dog but they put you in the basement level if you have a pet. Carpets are filthy, our room less the carpet was clean and the bed was great. Rooms are noisy if anyone is above you, very noisy but the area is quiet. We did see some families enjoying the pool, it looked clean. Breakfast is the least of any value hotel I have stayed at in the area, steamed sausage, microwave eggs, waffle machine, some cereal, some apples and bread for toast...

”The Comfort Inn was centrally located. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. My only complaint was there was not enough parkings spots. The back lot was closed.”
