”Property was updated and clean, staff was extremely friendly. The location to UDelaware was very convenient. Room was very spacious, however, the placement of the bathroom with a frosted door is not ideal. If the room is dark, turning on the bathroom light than lights up the area by the beds.”

”Breakfast wasn’t good/ seems like everything comes from a microwave. Property is outdated. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Staff was amazing. Check in was simple. Everything was clean. Not a bad stay for the cost.”

”Overall, the hotel was OK. Room size was alright for king bed and sofa bed. Light over toilet in bathroom was burned out, and TV didn't work. Bathtub had some damage on the outside, and wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. It was nice to have a bar and a breakfast counter in the lobby, but the bartender was suited more to opening beers than mixing drinks. Check-in/out and other staff were courteous, and parking lot offered reasonable access to the entrance. It wasn't an exceptional experience, but...

”The property was in great condition. The rooms were clean and the staff especially house keeping was excellent. They came around everyday to give you towels and to ask if you needed your room clean. You don’t get that everywhere. I even extended my stay. Overall it was great.”

”Rooms were clean and functional. Reserved a 2 bed room and got 1 small bed. Not even a king size for for taking a bed away. This is the third IHG reservation where they did not honor the reservation and I got downsized for the same price. Looking else but facilities were ok at this hotel and staff was very nice.”

”Room was about a 5 1/2 lady at the office name ms Parker I think, she has a very very nasty additude. The overnight guy was very very nice he was the reason I stayed there. Once 7am shift change came the lady that works that shift she is so mean she told me she makes any reason up to take customers deposits. Other then that everything else was a 3 star. House keeping ladies gives bad looks and never speak only one lady she was so sweet.”

”The staff was wonderful. Very comfortable room. The bar was inviting and well equipped. They offer a short menu with basic pub food but nothing fancy. There is a breakfast buffet for purchase. There is plenty of shopping neaby and familiar chain restaurants.”

”Breakfast was fresh and good. Options for everyone. The parking area was safe and well lit. The heater in the pool was broken so the pool was clean but extra cold, of course the kids didn't care they got in anyway. I had a handicap room with a rollin shower and it was decent. My only concern was that I believe the couches and chairs need to be vacuumed better its a pet friendly hotel and I saw evidence of dog hairs which I am allergic too. ”

”My stay was good, the only bad thing was that at the time of leaving they knocked on me more than 2 times that I had to leave now, it was 12 noon, it should be emphasized that I'm going with my children and I'm pregnant, I tried to pack as quickly as possible, the cleaning man was rude... they should be more considered.”

”Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. ”
