”Beautiful hotel, amazing roof top with view of the city. Staff is a bit pretentious and the bartender took a while to warm up to being pleasant. The room was spacious, bed comfortable. We stayed here to see a concert in Charleston. I would stay here again and hopefully staff has turned over and more pleasant people are hired who enjoy speaking with their guests. ”

Furnished in period antiques and featuring carefully restored and maintained rooms, but with a few modern upgrades, this home is fantastic. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and we had a wonderful visit.”

”Hotel Emeline was a 5-star experience. Existing pictures and reviews don't do this place enough justice!!! We were on a girls' trip (4 girls in their early 40's from all over the US) and we would stay back here in a heartbeat if returning to Charleston in the future. The hotel has such a welcoming atmosphere - it's stylish, modern, clean and the staff are wonderful! Not to mention the on site coffee shop and restaurant are both incredible and food and Bev quality were outstanding! We went on...

”Stayed over the weekend of March 6-8. Great location. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Rooftop pool and restaurant are great. Hotel was very clean as were the rooms. Bathroom was large and had a tub and a standup shower. They offer hot tea, coffee, OJ, and pastries in the morning. Cookies in the afternoon. On every floor! Would def stay again!!”
