”Smartments Berlin Karlshorst is for those who travel on a budget. I travel a lot and prefer to stay in apartment hotels. I think this hotel is one of the best in this category.
A minute walk to the public transport, 10-15 minutes ride to the city center.
The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful ( special thanks to Ms.Pilar), rooms are cozy and if you need extra supplies, there is a room for that on every floor.
Yes, I recommend this hotel, and when again in Berlin will stay at Smartments...

”Siisti ja hieno hotelli, vähän syrjässä mutta suht lähellä lentokenttää. Vaikka lähellä kenttää, taksimatka 60-70€ mikä todella kallis suhteutettuna matkaan. Aamupala todella hyvä ja ravintola myös kiva ja suht edullinen. Hotellilla myös pieni uimaallas ja konttisauna mikä oli kiva plussa.”

”This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was fantastic, though I had a minor issue with water leaking from the bathroom in the room I stayed in previously. This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really stood out.
