Complaint
"Either Hotels.com or Volatone STOLE MY MONEY. I booked but when i got there to check in i was told Volatone is not registered with Hotels.com. I then tried calling Hotels.com without success and even my email was not responded. So this was all a scam. Basically my money was stolen."

"The place was great, Large room & clean bathroom. The only issue i had was room had no air-conditioning & during summer sleep in warm room not comfortable . Over all will go back only in winter"
