”This was amazing hotel, we stayed in junior suite affresco. Strong recommendation!”

”I stayed 2 nights alone at the hotel. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. My room was tiny and quite bare. Overall, the room was clean, the bed was good and the shower functioned ok. Breakfast was quite good and included in the price. Very warm reception on my arrival and I got excellent tips from the receptionist for seeing the mosaics (where to buy the ticket, where to catch a bus, etc.). A good, price efficient choice.”

”It was a nice place. Hotel staff was friendly and rooms was modern and clean. The beach was nice and it was just next to the hotel. We thought that the chairs on the beach was included but it was charged to the bill on checkout. We had a car so moving to the central was easy. Without car it would be quite long walk. Parking was free and secured area but during the day it was quite full. But anyway we found a parking lot all the time. Overall great hotel for beach holiday.”

”Hotel with great location and nice staff. Rooms are a bit outdated and need upgrading - but room was still very clean. Breakfast was nice - specially enjoyed the local products and warm, fresh bread. ”

Ystävällinen palvelu, kielitaitoinen henkilökunta. Täällä vastaanotossa myös annettiin vinkkejä kaupungin nähtävyyksiin ja ruokapaikkoihin. Kaunis interiööri, Muranon lasia olevine lampunvarjostimineen ja puutarhoineen.”

Nettipiuha huoneesta puuttui, vaikka käsiesitteessä mainittiin, että sellainen on joka huoneessa. Wifi ei toiminut. Huono äänieristys, sillä kaikki käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Hissi ei ollut aamuisin käytössä siivouksen (eli myöskin aamupalan) aikana. Plussaa kohtuullisesta aamupalasta.Mainintaamme häämatkasta ei huomioitu lainkaan. ”This property is newly renovated (July 2025) and in a fantastic condition. The value for money we got here has been unbeaten. And we travel a lot. The front staff, Anna and Aleksandra, have been just outstanding! Super friendly and fantastic language skills. We were offered beverages, snacks and all-round comfort since they are newly open and asked for our understanding in case not everything was perfect yet. But it truly was. I never write reviews but this property which is open all year round...

”My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent. From the hotel, we took a walking tour to all the amazing historic monuments and museums in Ravenna famous for Mosaic and Byzantine art. Many thanks to Tommaso who drove the shuttle...

”The website is a little misleading in that there is a notice that some rooms do not have an elevator leading to them. I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not.”

”Rauhallinen hotelli juna-aseman lähellä. Todella edullinen hotelli. Saapuessamme hotellille klo 14:45 ovet olivat lukossa vaikka hotellin tietojen mukaan vastaan sisäänkirjoitus on klo 14 alkaen. Vähän aikaa odottelimme, niin näimme sisällä siivoojan joka sanoi, että sunnuntaisin vastaanotto aukeaa klo 18. Siivooja soitti hotellin omistajalle ja hän saapui noin puolen tunnin kuluttua ja pääsimme sisälle.”
