”The staff was very friendly and helpful!
The hotel every part was kept very clean! The breakfast was a banquet of everything you could possibly ask for.
Our room was very clean and comfortable and the cleaning crew always had supplies if we needed them!
We highly recommend this hotel with free washing And dryer machines to use! Having restaurant inside hotel and bar a nice amenities. Top hotel for sure!”

”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

-Poor staff helpfulness
-additional USD 12.95 internet fees per room per day
-Swimming pool closed and it is not mentioned while booking, and this was a major criteria as I have kids.
Overall very poor experience in service and hospitality.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel.
Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel.
We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation.
Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Here is what we encountered during a recent stay at this Days Inn, Woodbury, NY:
• We wanted to move our reservation day by one day, but they wanted to charge us an extra day fee even if we just missed the cancellation deadline by a few hours; poor customer service made us regret our choice booking at this hotel even before setting foot in the hotel and
the following events proved us right
• Front desk sent us to a room that was not ready for occupancy; sheets and pillows were still piled up...
