”This apartment is in a wonderful location. Only a short walk away is probably the best shopping location in the World. I am from NYC so I know 5th Avenue. The neighborhood where the place is located is lively with lots of terrific cafes, bakeries, fresh fruit stands and restaurants. Inside the apartment, there is a clothes washer and dryer, coffee maker, micro wave, refrigerator, and flat scree TV. The hosts were very helpful and communicated with me several times before and during our stay....

”Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.”

”I’m not usually someone who writes reviews often, but even though I already posted a review on Expedia for my exceptional stay, I have to mention this as well. During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. I wasn’t even completely sure I had left the shoe in Paris, since we continued traveling through the south of France afterward. But...

”Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Apartment Center of Paris. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut gepflegt und mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten wie WLAN und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war bequem und bot einen idealen Ort zum Entspannen nach der Stadterkundung.”

”Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.”

”We did not like that we had to walk 8 mins from property to get a key, it was also very hard to find the key safe box. We found the property moderately clean, could have been cleaned better. Neighborhood was great!! ”

”Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...
