Paris was experiencing a heat wave during our visit, with highs above 90 degrees F during most of our stay. ”It was double booked. I arrived at 8pm with my 3 children, and there was another family staying there. I contacted the host, who was very apologetic and called expedia to find a solution. No contact was made, no solution was answered. I was left to find accommodation at the extreme last minute on my own. And no refund has been provided. I have booked many trips through Expedia, and expected better.”
