”A lovely location with full use of the grounds which we greatly enjoyed, strolling with our dog around the pond and the meadow and sitting out in the secluded garden when the weather permitted. The house was comfortable and well equipped, and best of all, peaceful. The house is well located for visiting the countryside and north coast of Devon. A slight quibble, in that, on a cold wet first day, the house was not warm enough, but that was quickly remedied with the owners, who were very helpful...

The facilities are second to none, it felt like a home from home but in much more beautiful surroundings. Orchard House is very close to all amenities but secluded for peace and tranquility. There was a lovely offering on arrival in the form of a welcome pack, totally unexpected and a treat. The owners were friendly and chatted to members of my family. ”Plenty of space for 4 adults. The outside verandah was well used as it was so peaceful and quiet to sit out on. Three toilets to the property was a great advantage. The property is not overlooked. The journey to the property is along narrow lanes but with plenty of routes to choose from.”
