”So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same...

”A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! ”

”Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Property is showing a little age with some drywall flaws. Mattresses need replacing (at least the ones in our room). It was clean with hot showers. Not overly noisy. Good amenities-mini fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot in room. Mattress is really our only real complaint. Looked like a nice pool area (not open yet-seasonal).”
