This lovely residence is located in the heart of Lignano, just 200m from the beach and 200m from the city center. The apartment, which can be located on the first, second, or third floor, can host up to six guests. It consists of a beautiful living room with a double sofa bed, a modern kitchen equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, and a filter coffee machine. There are two cozy bedrooms: a double and a twin, and two full bathrooms. You can enjoy the sun from the three lovely terraces. A hairdryer, a Sat-TV, A/C, Light Wi-Fi for two devices, and one parking space are included. A coin-operated washing machine is available for all guests. Please note that this property is not available for groups composed exclusively of young adults aged 18 to 26, to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. °Pets are not allowed. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours.
