On the ground floor, you will find a combined living and sleeping area furnished with 1 double sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to the private patio. A small kitchen on the same level is equipped with a gas stove featuring 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC are also located on the ground floor, accessible from outside. The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and features 1 double bedroom with access to a balcony, as well as a second room with 2 beds that also opens onto a balcony. A shower room with bidet and WC serves this floor. The top floor, also accessed via a spiral staircase, contains a third room with 2 sleeping facilities, completing the versatile layout of this multi-level vacation rental.
