âPool staff great. Too windy to do beach activities our trip unfortunately. Hotel room was great. Beautiful views. Check in was an unfortunate process. We were hoping for an early check in, instead didnât get checked in till after our guaranteed 4PM.â

âNoisey on the lower level, can hear guests stomping around above you. Hard beds and pillows. Good shower and nice balcony though. Pool was nice. Tiki bar is limited during the day.
Didn't love that the rooftop bar and rhum house was closed Tuesday and Wednesday as the other restaurants in the area get very crowded. â

We had an amazing stay at Islander Resort and honestly didnât want to leave!
From the moment we arrived (even with a late check-in), Angela at the front desk set the tone for the entire trip. She was incredibly welcoming, fun, and went above and beyondâgiving us a full tour of the property and even personally driving us to our villa since we had no idea where we were going. She immediately put us in vacation mode, and that level of service...
