Relax with the whole family at this Peaceful Oceanfront Retreat . Watch the sunrise and walk out to the sandy shore from this breezy updated spacious two bedroom 2 bath first floor condo. Two lanais and pristine and convenient location, just steps from popular Lydgate Park. You are located on the delightful grounds of Kaha Lani with walkways along the beach in both directions. Steps from pool, tennis, and BBQ areas, and easy drives to points North, South. and West on Kauai.

There are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and ensuite bathroom with stall shower, and a second with 2 twin beds, and a hallways access bethroom with a tub and shower. Outdoor lanais are availble with sliding doors from both the living room and the master bedroom with seating areas and direct oceanviews.

Guests may access all grounds at the Kaha Lani community including the pool area and tennis court. Court time for tennis may be reserved through the registration office, and they have a few loaner raquests and balls. There are 2 BBQ grills by the pool and another opposite the unit by the parking lot.

There are water spigots (for rinsing feet and gear) on the outside of each of the buildings, as well as one just outside the bedroom lanai.
A beauitul walking path through Lydgate Park extends in both directions just across the grass from the condo`s lanais, and its` a short and easy walk to Lydgate Park`s lifeguarded and proteted swimming area a complete with outdoor showers and public restrooms.

Lydgate Park also boasts several play areas for kids!

Parking Pass must be displayed on dashboard of vehicle overnight.
