”Our stay was memorable for the parents, kids and grandma. The kids loved gecko hunting and the pool. Grandma enjoyed watching the waves on the lanai and seeing the weather come through while enjoying the constant breeze. And there is nothing better than grilling with the sound of waves while being able to watch the kids swim. The condo is centrally located and made it easy to explore the island and chase the sun on beach days. Great condo, good times.”

”Beautiful view. Cozy, well stocked, nicely decorated, clean condo. Great location in the middle of the island so not to far to visit the North or South island. Very comfortable bed. Laundry room (coin operated) a short walk from condo. Beautiful grounds and really nice and private beach. Would recommend and plan to stay again in future visit. Great communication with owners.”

”This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.”

”Overall, we loved the condo. Beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds and very clean. Some maintenance issues...towel rack in master bath kept falling off the wall; ceiling fan in the guest bedroom is loud and "buzzing". Other than that we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend!”

”The location is great, close to the airport, hiking trails and beach. Room is nice and clean. Check in and out was easy as was communication. ”Although the rain cannot be control the view from this property was amazing, communication with the owner was second to none, after realizing I booked the wrong dates I messaged the owner and she immediately got them changed for me. My wife loved the bathtub. The bath towels are so soft!! Very easy access to everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Being able to do laundry while here was very nice to limit dirty clothes while we travel to the next island. If we make it back to Kauai...

”The location was great, but the outside patio chairs were very uncomfortable, if you sat in the low chairs you couldn't see anything and if you sat in the higher chairs they were the uncomfortable ones,so you couldn't sit outside for very long. Very happy with everything else.”

The views are indeed spectacular, the architecture is open and spacious, it’s located in an ideal area - one could not ask for more. We’ll be back as I never wanted to leave.”

”Excellent choice if you want more of an apartment feel than a hotel room (which we prefer). Staff is very friendly and the front office has activities everyday. You get access to the huge and beautiful pool area at the resort next door which was a huge plus! Not easy to walk to nearby places, so recommend getting a rental car or Uber/Lyft. Lots of renovation happening in a couple of the buildings during our stay, but not disruptive and good to see they are working on improvements. Will be...
