”We stayed for ole night in apartment side of this hotel. The room was nicely equipped and clean, but for a northern european romantically in a very british way, a bit shabby.
A++++ for the staff, they were super helpful and friendly. Situated very close to the magnificent beach, but far from supermarkets, and public transport. Parkingplaces are full, but as promised, we got a place.
Lämpimästi suosittelen, paitsi ehkä pahasti kosteusvaurioista tai pölystä kärsiville”

”OK room - no air con but understandable give the age of the building. Bed was OK, but traffic noise is noticeable, especially with the window open (remember there is no air con), so not the best nights' sleep. Staff were fantastic though, especially the breakfast server and the breakfast itself was great.”

”We stayed for 1 night at the hotel, in a lovely room at the back, overlooking the river. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel is well maintained. As an electric car driver, the ability to charge the car overnight was a huge plus.
Breakfast was good, fried egg, sausage, bacon etc, plus pastries and cereal available.
Just two minor quibbles with the room: the air conditioning unit showed the set temperature illuminated with a very bright white light, which stopped the room from being...

”Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point.”

”The Knoll House Hotel is a charming hotel which was once a personal residence. It has a lot of history and is in a delightful location overlooking the sea. There are several comfortable seating areas of various sizes and styles. The restaurant is very large and the food and service is very good. The breakfasts are particularly enjoyable with a plentiful range for self-service.
The outdoor swimming pool was heated, despite it being October when we stayed there. There is also a small indoor pool...
