”Hi there, I was there for a one-night-stay (some funerals). The staff was nice and welcoming! The bedroom was comfortable and spacious with an excellent air-con with unforgiving hot conditions (heatwave) outside. After a train-trip impacted by the hot temperatures, it was great to arrive in this haven! Next morning, Breakfast was excellent. There are a few nice places around, though I arrived on a Monday evening, so many restaurants were closed. The hotel is well located at walking distance...

”I stay at Burley Manor most weeks on Business. Love it here. The most peaceful place I've ever stayed in. The hole place gives off a sense of calm as soon as you walk through the wonderful old wooden entrance doors. Sat out in the evening watching the red dear grazing is something special. ”

”Would highly recommend The Lodge. The staff were excellent - really helpful. We ate in the restaurant and again can only sing the praises of the chef for a lovely meal. Only stayed one night but would loved to have stayed longer and made use of the pool. ”
