"I cannot say enough positive about our experience at Crystal Lake Lodge. Owners were very responsive to requests prior and during our stay. "Front desk was ok. Hotel was so dirty, no towels. We only had 2 towel for 4 ppl. They said there was no more towels next day they gave us 2 towels that were new and unwashed. We found pills on the floor in our room, ceiling had a hole and leaking and black mold dripping from it. Carpet was nasty ..."
