The Space:

Inside the main house, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge with a fireplace—perfect for sharing special moments on cool afternoons or evenings. All indoor spaces open onto the garden, letting nature be part of your stay at all times. The garden is one of the property’s highlights. Scattered throughout are three private bungalows, each with its own bathroom, offering comfort and independence for all guests. There’s also a terrace with lounge chairs for sunbathing, an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue zone—ideal for enjoying a grilled meal with great company.



The property spans 17,400 m2 and features a beautiful private pine forest, perfect for walks and breathing fresh air. At night, the outdoor firepit becomes the perfect spot to gather under the stars. For entertainment, the spacious game room includes a pool table, foosball, and other fun activities for everyone to enjoy.



Guest Access:

There are no restrictions on spaces-no common areas



Starting from the 5th person, an additional $80 per night per person is charged.
