"Stayed two nights - no cleaning or towels changed. Applied new towels from reception and kindly told about problem - answer was: "Oh" and nothing else. "Instructions were very clear and easy to implement. Cheryl was very responsive to all my questions and the few issues we encountered. It was very well equipped and homey. It could have been cleaner, especially the tub, but not terrible. The mattresses were wonderful!"
