”We didn't get a chance to find out. We booked a month in advance through Expedia and found out when we arrived that Expedia overbooked the hotel. We had to leave and find another place to stay. The only available option cost $200 more. We were never informed of the issue by Expedia. This level of service is as low as it can get.”

”Clean room and nice bedding and towels. Bigger refrigerator with a freezer and produce tray. Air conditioning and shower water temperature was inconsistent in maintaining temperature. Nice outside pool and easy parking. Close to shopping and restaurants.”

”I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. ”While the staff were extremely friendly and nice, the hotel did not have a functioning swimming pool and we were told hadn’t had one for six months. That was a big disappointment. They also couldn’t explain how to connect to the WiFi. The hotel is basic. Given the lack of a pool I doubt I would stay there again.”

”It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. ”

”The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP...

”I like staying at smaller chains, but this one needed a lot of help. No sound proofing, we could hear all of the neighbors conversations. Bathrooms were older and could use a good scrubbing. With that said, I never felt unsafe in the hotel and it got the job done for sleeping and moving on”

”This Red Lion is conventient and inexensive. I stay there frequently when I'm working in the area. Having said this, there are some minor issues almost every time I stay. This time, the safty latch on the inside of the room door was busted out and completely missing. Also a pair of socks from a previous guest was left on the shelf above the coat hangers. And, the TV remote didn't work, so no TV at all. For those of you that are big breakfast eaters, this is not the place. The food is...

”The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The property was fairly clean but is really showing wear. Carpets in elevators were badly stained and universal machine in workout room needed maintenance. Location was great as it is very close to highways. In the hotel's defense, it looks like they are in the process of some renovations. I hope they get those finished. I would use this hotel in the future if I were in town.”

”Let’s start off by saying I’m a trucker and I have extremely low expectations. But this place is an absolute dump. Pillow, shower curtain, and towels all had stains on them. The floors hadn’t been swept in weeks let alone mopped in months. The baseboards looked like they had blood stains on them. The hallway carpets have clearly never been cleaned. But that’s what you’d expect from a hit ran by Indians. Looked like something you find in India. No wonder the best western and Fairfield next...
