Great fishing.
Canoe, pedal boat, and kayaks available.
The public boat launch is located directly across the pond from the home.
ATV and snowmobile trails are close by.

Clean and beautiful cozy cabin with gorgeous views! The host is exceptional - super helpful and responsive. I have family in the area and the space in the cabin was perfect for a small gathering. The kitchen is huge and there is plenty of space to sit and eat/chat. The view of the lake and the fall foliage was so beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Re filling the body and sole

The Lake House camp lived up to its listing and LOTS MORE!! The cabin was spotless. Everything you could need was provided. There was a generous supply of towels and linens. The kitchen had all the supplies needed. Tge BBQ groll worked great. The dock was an extra bonus fir my boat. We had a fantastic time fishing at Cold Stream Pond, Mattanawcock Pond, and Long Pond. We hope to be able to come back next year. Thank You for the ability to re fill our body and soul!! Rich and Joe

2024 Fall Getaway

This was our second time visiting, and we hope to return in 2025. We love the cabin, the amenities, the location, etc... Cool fall nights on the lake are peaceful and relaxing. All kinds of outdoor opportunities are close by and convenient!

Beautiful area and to be able to use the kayaks was the best experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The lake was beautiful and I used a kayak for the very first time and I now know what I want for Christmas. My little dog Lexi was able to stay with us and everything was just perfect.

Peaceful Getaway

This is a great location to get away and enjoy the peace and quite. We had fun swimming, fishing, canoeing and enjoying being outside. Even for the three days it rained we were able to enjoy our stay. Lots of board games, reading and naps. Great place for the family.

We enjoyed our stay!

This was a cute property tucked away in a nice little town. Really appreciated that they had a peddle boat, kayaks etc and several PFDs available. Made for a great day to just hang out on the water. The house itself was just right for us and felt spacious. We liked that there were several board games available to play. The host was quick to respond and very helpful! Definitely appreciated our time there, thank you!

Wonderful Stay at the Lake House

We've stayed in many cabins across Maine and this is our favorite! Everything we needed was there plus bonuses like kayaks, canoe, paddleboat, etc.. A waterfront fire pit with a beautiful view and large deck overlooking the lake puts the Lake House a step above others! Also, the town of Lincoln and surrounding areas have several awesome restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location is withing 2 hrs driving to the trails at the base of Katahdin, many beautiful lakes, streams, rivers, and bogs, the Canadian border, and the coast around Acadia or even down to Cutler! We hope to stay longer here a couple of times of year from now on.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Our stay was great. The camp was everything the description said it was. If relaxing and peaceful is what your looking for this is the place for you. Close enough to the beautiful town of Lincoln, for shopping. We even stayed an extra day beyond our original departure date. The host is very accommodating and replies quickly.

Comfy and relaxing

Great location, well equipped, and extremely comfortable, the Lincoln Lake House was practically perfect in every day. There's loads to do, but we spent endless hours on the deck, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting. We (and our dogs) would love to return!

Updated and Clean Getaway :)

This lakehouse is sealed tight and clean. As someone who has rented multiple places on Upper Cold Stream, I can tell you that some of them are not well maintained and loaded with mice. It was so nice to stay at a place that was mice-free! The views are wonderful and the outdoor space very comfortable. I hope I get to rent again!

Lake Lake, Great Life

We had such a great time at the lake house but definitely overpacked. The lake house has everything you need and more: Lots of beach towels, life jackets, games, etc…. There was even a tether to the tree so the dog could hang out outside without us worrying about her running away. She had the best week of her life swimming all day. My kids were so sad to leave. They did a lot of fishing, swimming, and kayaking. I only wish we stayed longer. Can’t wait to go back next summer.

Lakehouse

We just returned from our week away at the Lincoln lakehouse and we could not be more pleased. Great house in a great location. Plenty of privacy, would visit again.
