Our spacious home with a quirky, fun interior is ideal for for families & larger groups. Located a stones throw away from Lincoln's 3rd century Roman gateway which leads through cobbled streets to the Cathedral and Castle. It is the perfect location during graduation week as it is no more than a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral.
Surrounded by a range of independent shops, cafés, pubs & restaurants. The perfect base for exploring the city!

Step into a warm, spacious four-bedroom family home designed for easy gatherings and relaxed living. The property is deceptively large, spread across 3 floors with two full bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. There are two living spaces, a charming front sitting room with bay windows as well as a large comfortable living room centred round a fireplace with a wood burner, perfect for evenings in. The open plan dining room and kitchen leads to a quaint courtyard for al fresco dining.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a good-sized bathroom. Then up on the top floor, two more double bedrooms share a Jack and Jill en-suite, great for families or friends. The quirky interior touch throughout is fun yet cosy. It's a place that manages to feel both stylish and homey.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.

Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).

If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!

Parties are strictly prohibited, and a fee of £250 will be imposed if any house rules are violated.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
