”Staff member checking us in after 7 PM did not greet us verbally, went straight to the keyboard and spoke only to ask for ID & credit card and to say 'you're set' as she handed us our room keys.

”My stay here was not pleasant. I had reserved a double queen room which was fine. But I also reserved a king suite. I was given the keys. The first set didn’t work and neither did the second . Keep in mind we just drove over 6 hours from Wy and through a lightening storm with heavy rain.It was close to 10pm, and we all had to get up at 4:30 am for my flight back home. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience.”

”We got in for a long day of traveling at 1am, they had a free shuttle that picked us up at the airport, the staff at the hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful! The room was chilled and very comfortable, free breakfast that was available but we missed it because we slept in :) The fitness center is great, has Eve you need to get a good workout in, including a Peloton. We would definitely stay here again!!”

The Desk Man first said $30 for a 3 hour late checkout then said $50 (trying to gouge us) then we called later to do the late checkout and they said it was booked (was a sunday so wasnt booked). Also neighbor tried to break into side door (bolt lock didnt work) we told front desk lady and she said shed get maintenance on it and it never got fixed. the staff sucks there!”

The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”Our room was clean and wonderful on arrival, excellent amenities, breakfast, etc. The man working nights and early morning shift was amazing. Only complaint was the housekeeping staff did not “refresh our room”, even though it was requested every morning. Had to ask for fresh towels more than once. Other than that, great hotel!”

”I showed up early and asked for an early check-in. The staff promised me a phone call as soon as available, and she absolutely called me right on the button, just as promised.
I've never used a hotel shuttle before, but on this trip I required it many times. The front line staff was always helpful (even when I was calling from the airport) and the driver's were great.
