”The pool and room are great. It would be better if you had more options for snacks and food at the front desk. Guests dont want to walk over to the casino late night for food. Not everything is open 24-7.”

”Hotel was clean, bright and well kept. The breakfast was decent. They have a waffle maker which was nice. The other items like eggs and sausage seemed like premade heat and serve and were not the best. But there was fruit and a great selection of teas and coffee 24 hours. The staff were kind and helpful. Room was a nice size and had a pull out couch, Full size fridge, a dishwasher and sink. All of the amenities were working & clean (elevators, pool, ice machines)., Beds & pillows were...

”The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

”The front desk was very nice The room smelt like cheap cologne, the shower was soooo small. The water was warm, but I kept my slides on.... The bed was comfy, but the bedding was stained and very dirty The cops were there when we left, and someone was banging another door down at 4am”

”The hotel is a convenient location. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the mall is a 10 minute walk. The property and the rooms are clean and staff is helpful. They also have a very good complimentary breakfast.”

”Incredibly disappointed with the staff of this property. Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating.”

”Check-in was a bit of a problem as someone was unexpectedly in my room, maybe didn't check out when they were supposed to be I t room appeared to be booked to me in system. Some noise I. The evening from guests on the floor. Should be quiet rules after midnight or 1am. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and housekeeping excellent”
