Apartment 'Reiff' with Lake View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The 4-star rated apartment for 2 guests leaves almost nothing to be desired. Located in a quiet apartment building on the first floor (with elevator), you will find a spacious, bright, and modernly furnished holiday home with laminate flooring. The apartment features an entrance area with wardrobe, a combined living and dining room with a bright fitted kitchenette, bedroom, balcony, and bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.



In the living/dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, radio, and DVD player provide entertainment. The separate, spacious bedroom offers a double bed with two separate mattresses (200 x 90 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge (without freezer), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and mixer. A hairdryer is also available. From spring to autumn, the southwest-facing balcony is a peaceful spot for sunbathing, reading, and relaxing. On arrival, your beds are already made and a set of towels and kitchen towels is provided for you.



A local tourist tax is charged per guest. This includes the Lindau guest card, offering many benefits such as free city bus use. Check-in is from 3 p.m.; on departure day, please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. Please note that pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking property.
