The overall experience was perfect. After some "initial problems" with getting the right room, we finally got the room what we reserved and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a great time in Rome, enjoyed the amenities and service of the hotel and we highly recommend the hotel.
Looking forward to our next stay in Rome - most likely in this hotel!

The hotel looked nice and the rooms had everything you could need. But⊠there was a problem with my reservation and they no longer had a room for 3 people so we had to split in 2 rooms. That was okay in the end. But the biggest problem was the horrible smell in my room. We had a dog so we had reserved ...

Dejligt moderne hotel lige i nÊrheden af gÄgaden (men ikke med stÞj). TÊt pÄ Karstadt (og julemarked). Personalet er meget servicemindede. VÊrelset var smÄt men pÊnt og komfortabelt - god seng.
