The building itself was nice and well kept. The road to the property was dirt and the parking lot same which was muddy. ”

”The room was poorly laid out ...no proper sitting except on bed and the bed reflected that as it was broken down on the edges and uncomfortable to position to sleep. As the light from outside flashed through the windows you could see the voluminous amount of dust and hair left on the floor. The restaurant was very bad...poor service to the point we walked down the street for EVERY meal. Location was okay and the staff were pleasant.”

”The hotel is going through some staff issues and the new housekeeping company is useless. Rooms were not well kept, dirty towels were given to me when I asked for new ones. Bedsheets smelled and had stains. Floors were dirty. Horrible. A shame because I stayed here a couple years ago and it was wonderful. Definitely won’t be back. I do have to say. Sonya is the manager and she was really, really trying to keep the guests happy, as I wasn’t the only one with issues. Poor gal had seen better days....

”I was very disappointed with my stay, especially considering the nearly $300 price tag after taxes and fees. Upon arrival, the property appeared abandoned. The parking lot was empty, there was no guest services desk or staff on site, and all check-in information was sent via text message. While I understand some properties use contactless check-in, the overall condition of the property made the experience feel unsettling rather than convenient.
