”These little cabins were so nice! Everything was super clean and high end! The towels were very plush and the bedding felt like I was at home. I would definitely stay here again!”

”Property was next to a garage and abandoned boarded up restaurant. A converted old bus was right next to the building with people living in it. It was not the best part of town. The building itself was nice and well kept. The road to the property was dirt and the parking lot same which was muddy. ”

”It was a clean property overall, the outside was sketchy looking but the hotel rooms were very nice! It was fairly priced for the location compared to everything else.”

”The hotel is going through some staff issues and the new housekeeping company is useless. Rooms were not well kept, dirty towels were given to me when I asked for new ones. Bedsheets smelled and had stains. Floors were dirty. Horrible. A shame because I stayed here a couple years ago and it was wonderful. Definitely won’t be back. I do have to say. Sonya is the manager and she was really, really trying to keep the guests happy, as I wasn’t the only one with issues. Poor gal had seen better days....

”The staff in the afternoons through evenings were the very best. 10/10. The cleaning staff that got new towels and trash bags and coffee each day for our room were incredible. There was coffee and tea and fresh cookies and ice cream every day. This hotel is walking distance to the shops in town. Close by the little grocery stores too. And a minute drive to entrance to west Yellowstone. I would for sure stay here !”

”We expected a room like the photos. Instead we received a room with a 3.5ft x 3.5ft standup shower where the shower curtain stuck to you, water was constantly in my eyes and didn’t drain properly. Stained carpet, flooring and chairs. The room was smaller than expected. The bed however was comfortable, clean and tidy. If you do choose to stay there, don’t stay in room #2. I wouldn’t make the same choice staying in West Glacier.”

”This property can charge what they wany being so close to Yellowstone, so for the price, the rooms were nice and big, and the bed was very comfy. My biggest complaint was the free breakfast, there was very little to eat, bagels, hardboiled eggs, cereal, croissants cut in half (very tacky) and rare to see any fruit. We skipped the free breakfast one day and went to McDonalds instead.”
