Tghis is A GREAT hotel and we stay there often. However, the customer service was a miss this trip. The ice maker on the 1st,2nd,3rd, 4th floor was out of order this weekend. I just wanted a yeti cup full of ice and water. Also, the hot water was turned off for the hot chocolate after breakfast. ...

No remote for the TV so no way to watch it. Tried calling the front desk but nobody answered. Tried again and this time the phone was dead. Sink looked clean but was badly cracked in multiple places. Toilet had a bad stain in the basin.
