”Everything about this hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure was a little low; but I don’t blame the facility. Location was very convenient, lots nearby.”

”When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.”

”This hotel, I would not recommend to friends or family, spider webb, Marijuana smells from rear thru lobby, & parking lot..I had horrible room, smells and dust, with other guests eye lashes left behind, not cleaned. Over all just Horrible!!!!!!”

”The hotel is a beautiful hotel, but need a lot of renovation. It is old. It seems like everybody smokes in there. It smell of weed the 24 hours when I was there.”

”so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

”Book the hotel for 4 days, checked in and went to the room. The walls and carpet of the hallways are stained and had damage. Went into the room to a dark damp room with a mildewy scent. It was by far the worst hotel I have ever been in, so we tried to cancel the reservation to get maybe even a bit of the money back. The front desk said that they can't reimburse us for anything and did not even mention the $150 deposit that is on top of the reservation. $600 down the drain with possibly another...
