”Was the breakfast fresh? What breakfast? A couple snacky items does not make a breakfast. This motel should not be listed as offering breakfast. Coffee, juice, plain bagels, muffins and yogurt is a snack, not a breakfast.”

”Beautiful historic building. No elevator. Staff assisted with luggage if needed. Quiet setting with some street noise. Good water pressure in our 3rdfloor room. I couldn't open my email from Expedia, so we went in without the usual helpful/ needed information. If you want a hot breakfast, you must book it at least 24 hr in advance. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Great location.”

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. ”The room smell like cigarettes and for a non-smoking room it was very, very strong My grandkids had a problem sleeping in there because it was too much of stale cigarettes”

”Overall staff was not very outgoing, but one did help when our key card stopped working. Room big and clean, would have appreciated more choices for breakfast, and having earlier breakfast hours would be helpful. Quiet place!”

”This was a great hotel to stay in. It’s located near lots of restaurants and easy access to highways. I will definitely stay again. It’s very quiet. The only issue I had was parking up front from the construction workers that stayed there taking those spots.”

”Very nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Just be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor when booking. Will definitely stay there again next time in town. Walking distance to Baugher's Diner where we had great meals with excellent service.”

”The place was quaint but tired, floor creaked and a/c basically didn’t cool the room. Felt safe and like parking right in front of room and the chair outside allowed some fresh air. However, I noticed that you have to pay to get ice from the ice machine and that’s just cheap. Also, the linens were threadbare, and the towels were sandpaper rough. For the price of the room, I expected more. A smart TV would have also been nice”
