”See the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in had blood on my pillowcases. The floor was disgusting. The shower drain had hair in it and the check-in process is a complete nightmare and if that wasn’t bad enough I get woke up at 7:30 am asking me to check out already the individual had tried to unlock my door and come in luckily I had the safety catch on so he could not get in and he repeatedly asked me to check out you check out now and kept saying that one checkout was not until 11 am...

”Front desk staff were curt and good at ignoring you as you stood at the counter. Their explanation of the parking garage was confusing at best. Left note and tip for extra bath towels with housekeeping...got none. The people make it feel more like the big City coldness you would expect instead of the friendliness the plain states are known for.”

”Everything thing was wonderful. We 100% recommend the Historic Victorian Inn. If we find ourselves staying overnight in Sioux Falls again, this will be the place where we will stay. ”

”This is an older unit, I would say 40-50 years old, not maintained. Hall carpet grungy, common area wall covering out dated and damaged. Common area air was stale and smelled of cleaning solutions. The number one complaint I had to check out because of bed bugs, not only my unit but others checked out due to bed bugs. The place needs to be shut down remodeled and repaired. Find some place else to stay, yes it is convenient to the hospital but not worth it. Did I mention the bed bugs? ”
