”It's hard to describe this hotel is like stepping into the 70s with so much charm. The restaurant was lovely for dinner watching the sunset. Breakfast was ok, a good choice of options. Walk to town was easy down driveway across volcanic rock beach and up a street on otherside, Then was quite flat to get around town centre. Water off the hotel is amazing, and pool warm and lovely. Rooms are definitely older style but space was good. We will be back, loved it with all of its quirks!”

Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä; vain noin 4min kävelyn päässä keskuskadusta sekä lauttasatamasta. Vaikka hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla maisemat olivat mitä mainioimmat sillä sijainti on vähän kaupunkia korkeammalla.”
”Beautiful hotel for leisure time. Location was slightly far from center, but especially in the evening it was nice to sit in peace in own balcony and listen to silence - and honestly speaking it took only under 10 minutes to reach the center by walking in a shortcut if needed.
An unexpected pickup service on arrival was also a nice surprise.”

”Good breakfast with all kinds of coffee. The interior was original and beautiful. The room was small but OK. However the walls were quite thin and you could easily hear neighbour's bathroom.”

But Hotels.com needs to update its description, they don’t offer a free transfer service to the port any longer and it is not a swimming pool on the terrace but a thermal pool with waters from a local hot spring, which is simply wonderful! This is not negative feedback just a note...
