Hyvää: Siisteys ja majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat
We enjoyed our stay. We are a family of four, with a 10-year-old and a 3-year-old. The apartment is very tight (2 beds/bedrooms), but served as a perfect landing pad. Its central location and perfect price. Hosts were very responsive, and accommodating. Basic cooking and serving equipment is on hand. Lots of small grocery stores in the area, not to mention cafes, bars, and restaurants. The laundromat is located one street over with huge dryers/washing machines. Metro entrance a few min away. Tram 28 departure point is even closer.
A huge downside is the noise at night. There are lots of bars in the area, so if you don’t like sleeping with your ears plugged, or if you are not planning to go to bed before 3 am, you won’t be getting any quality sleep. We were there during tourist down time- first two weeks of December, and the noise would start at around 10 pm, and only get worse with time. Culminating in lots of shouting.
As it’s an old building, be mindful of a narrow stare case.
Overall, I would consider staying there again.
