This beautiful apartment managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located right in front of one of the best lookouts Lisbon, the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, where you have a fantastic view over the city, next to the trendy Principe Real, luxurious Chiado and the picturesque and unique Bairro Alto. Staying in this apartment is having a complete local and traditional experience, staying close to everything. You are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and the street labyrinths of the neighborhood called Alfama. It’s a perfect location to enjoy the daily life and the nightlife of the city!



The 200 square meters apartment for up to 27 people is on the 2nd floor of an old and traditional building, with no elevator. It features 6 bedrooms, a large living room, a large dining room, 3 bathrooms, and an equipped kitchen. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight and all bedrooms have windows facing the outside.

Room #4: 2 bunk beds + 2 single pull-out beds (sleeps 4+2)

Room #5: 1 double top bed + 2 single pull-out beds + 1 double sofa-bed (sleeps 2+2+2)

Room #6: 2 single top beds + 2 single pull-out beds (sleeps 2+2)

Max Nº Beds: 25 Beds (including 1 double sofa-bed; each bunk bed equals 2 beds)

Max Capacity: 27 people



Note(s): Room #6 only accessible via Room #5.



Bedroom Preparations:

- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected in the reservation

- Top beds are prepared first, followed by bunk beds, and pull-out beds.

- We will prepare separate beds for each guest until it reaches the maximum number of beds, after that we will consider 2 people in the double beds.



Important Information:

- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.

- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).

- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.

- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)

- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.

You will have exclusive and total access to the apartment. The apartment is not shared with other guests, employees, hosts or owners. Enjoy the total privacy of your own apartment.



The apartment is perfect for families or groups who want to spend a few days in Lisbon with everything within walking distance. It's hard to find such a well-located apartment, able to accommodate this number of guests in the center of Lisbon.



Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: starting at 16:00

Check-out: until 11:00

- Please ensure you provide the expected check-in time a few days in advance.

- Upon making your reservation you will be provided a check-in number, which you will need to contact 30min in advance so our colleague can meet you at the entrance of your apartment.

- Flexible early luggage drop starting 11:15 (should be requested in advance and is subject to availability)

- On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine)

- Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)



Late Check-in Fee:

Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment.



Extra Guests:

It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
